Egg Wash Mix for Frying

I have this very cookbook !! When my mother passed. We all wanted something different. I wanted my mom’s cookbooks and her written recipes. And my grandmother and great grandmothers books n written recipes. I love cooking and my husband loves having all different kinds of recipes instead of all pretty same recipes.

I’m not sure I have that exact one but one very close. Looks like we share a love of vintage recipes and cookbooks. I have my grandmother’s and her recipe box. I’m 69. She was born in 1906.
